Shipping, Import Duties & Returns

We ship worldwide via local post or UPS, with typical delivery times of 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination country.

Please note that all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. If applicable, your local shipping carrier or customs authority will contact you regarding payment before delivery. These charges vary by country and the declared value of the shipment. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your gemstone, 14 days for Europe. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to Magus Gems in its original condition. Refunds will be processed only after the gemstone has been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs, as well as any customs fees incurred when returning an item, are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist you with the process.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom-cut gemstones, custom-made jewelry, books, apparel, or canvas prints.
